Construction Manager

We are opening retail stores across the country in a short time frame. The Construction Manager will oversee the buildout of stores.  This will include managing a detailed construction budget, obtaining proper permits, scheduling the project, sourcing local construction staff and coordinating with the General Manager and Store Managers to get stores ready to open.  The candidate maintains high professional standards and will maintain a safe work environment

Project Manager

The Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of opening and managing stores.  This role will include interacting with commercial real estate professionals, local permitting authorities, the Construction Manager, and Regional and Store Managers to ensure proper and timely execution of our Store Opening Plan.  The successful candidate will be experienced with project management software tools and have a history of overseeing rapid construction projects.

Retail Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of several retail stores.  You will hire and train sales associates and drive sales through customer education of CBD and will deliver best-in-class customer service.  You will also oversee the local marketing and social media functions for your region.  YOU MUST BE A PASSIONATE ADVOCATE FOR THE HEALING PROPERTIES OF CBD TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION.

Sales Consultants

Sales Consultants will each be responsible for the operation of a store and acting as an educated CBD consultant to our customer base.  As stores are often a one-person operation, you will have total accountability for store performance.  You will also be responsible for reporting, inventory management, marketing, and all the operational needs of the store.  Your primary role will be to build a loyal client base through extraordinary customer service.  YOU MUST BE A PASSIONATE ADVOCATE FOR THE HEALING PROPERTIES OF CBD TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION.

Real Estate Manager

The Real Estate Manager focuses on sourcing retail leases, typically in strip malls, for the rollout of our King Jane CBD retail stores. You will find multiple locations in various cities. We provide a roll-out plan. Once properties are sourced you will make sure they meet requirements for state, city, county, and possibly local regulatory considerations. You will help negotiate a lease and work toward opening. You will work with our Project Manager and Construction Manager throughout the process. 

Video Editor

This role is to produce videos for marketing and training purposes. The videos range from repetitive “slide-show-type” videos, i.e., templated product videos to marketing videos that we have to produce including voice over. The training videos are primarily videos have been shot on a myriad of topics and your job will be to edit them to make sure they are great for an end-user experience.

Graphic Designer

Your job is to create exceptional graphics for marketing purposes. We will provide guidance but are looking for someone that can learn our style and come up with very creative images for our corporate & local sites, social networks campaigns, products, articles, and presentations. You should be proficient with Adobe tools such as In-Design, Illustrator and Premiere. Additionally, you will work with our video team videos and assist them with your creativity.


Business Trainer

In this role, you will spearhead all training efforts for our staff and franchisees. Excellent training is imperative in our business as it has a direct impact on sales since our product requires a “consultative” selling approach. Education is the key to build confidence in customers. Since the landscape of the CBD market changes fast and continually, we need to make sure our training is current, and our staff is up-to-date. We already created a robust training curriculum that you will then enhance and manage with an LMS System of your choice.
